  • Assist with event registration pages, attendee communications, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure event information is accurate, clear, and consistent across channels.

Partner & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support day-to-day communication with event partners, venues, and vendors.

  • Keep internal teams informed and aligned on timelines, approvals, and key details.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or production, ideally on 100+ person events.

  • Comfortable owning projects and following them through without heavy oversight.

  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive by nature.

  • Comfortable working within the creative industry, with personal experience as a creator (photography, video, design, or similar).

  • Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders calmly and clearly.

  • Adaptable, level-headed, and able to respond to last-minute changes.

  • Familiar with creative communities, experiential marketing, or community-driven events.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Notion, Google Drive, and Eventbrite.

  • Willing to travel as required.
