Mastermind N°10 🖊️
CREATIVE IDENTITY & RECOVERY (+Q4 GOALS)
with JONATHAN ZOETEMAN
Date & Time: October 3, 2024 @ 5PM PST / 8PM EST (90 minutes)
Overview & Agenda
With October officially here that means Q4 has officially begun. We’ll be making use of this session in a little different format than previous ones, making more space for break-outs and group sessions to share and talk through Q3 progress and goals for the last quarter of the year. The session will start with Jonathan sharing personal and practical insights into creative recovery and creative identity, including:
Burnout Mitigation and Recovery - The creative and entrepreneurial path has a way of consistently knocking us down and, especially in our current “hustle culture”, the result is often exhaustion and burnout, even in the midst of doing the things we love. After over a decade of wrestling with burnout cycles, Jonathan will be sharing the lessons he’s learned along the way towards recovering from those seasons and building a creative practice that doesn’t come with high highs and low lows.
Re-igniting the Creative Spark - One of the more challenging seasons in the creative journey comes when the things that excited you don’t in the same way. This can be a bi-product of life, burnout, living in survival mode for too long, having built a career or art on the expectations or demands of others, or a variety of other reasons. It’s something we all experience along the way, and Jonathan will be sharing insights into re-engaging your curiosity, some tools and techniques that can help in the process, and
Redefining Your Creative Identity - One of the most powerful assets you can develop is your own distinct creative identity. Jonathan will be sharing a few of the important lessons from his own journey and opening space to engage the idea of re-invention and seasonality as part of your creative growth process.
